I've got several SNMP traps that are flapping with "N\A" on the bindings and no useful data. When I exclude "N\A" in the bindings list, the alarms continue to trigger. How do I exclude the N\A variable?

I think I figured this out. I was putting quotes around n/a in the bindings section. Removing the quotes appears to have resolved the issue.
