Hi.

Is there any additional configuration on the PRTG to query snmp from juniper firewall? current i can only query PING, but can't seems to get all the interface and CPU status even if I set PRTG to "Automatic device identification (Detailed, may create many sensors)".

We currently do not have any device templates for the Juniper Firewalls so you may need to import the MIB for your device with our MIB Importer then you will need to create an SNMP Library sensor to monitor this.

If you are unable to read the uptime through an SNMP uptime sensor, it may also be that the device or the settings in PRTG are not set up correctly to read SNMP from the device and you will have to fix that before you will get anything from the device with SNMP. You can also test this with the SNMP tester

Hey,

did you know? As of Version 15.2.16, PRTG has an SNMP Juniper System Health Sensor out of the box. Try it out!
