Hi,
I need help on creating a report for all devices grouped by probe or group, and to have the IP address and up-time displayed as well.

Hello,
Unfortunately, to create a report with this specific information is not possible out of the box, sorry.
A possible alternative is that we have just released a Beta of the PRTG Data Extractor.
This will allow for data to be extracted out of PRTG and uploaded onto a SQL Database.
With your SQL database you could use other reporting or graphing suites for a customized output.
