Hello, guys!

I'm trying to monitor an arcserve backup with an IMAP sensor. But the trouble is that the sensor reads only the last message in the inbox. So, if only one in lots of backup jobs fails, the sensor gets down, but it gets up again when an e-mail of a successfull job arrives, so we'll keep unaware of the failure. It would be better if the sensor keeps down until I remove the failure message of the Inbox. How can I do that?

Our PRTG version is PRTG Network Monitor Unlimited build 15.1.14.1710

It follows a link with an pdf of the sensor description. It would get to huge for an image.

Another relevant information:

We have another IMAP sensor which in the session "Sensor Behavior" it is configured as Regular Expression check method instead of String Search, like the pdf I just sent.
