I have a couple of servers that runs several services that we monitor. The client that uses thise servers sometimes turns certain services off sometimes to work on them, and we need to set the sensor to down only if the service was stopped for over 60 minutes.
Is there a way to do so? I'm not talking Notification, I'm talking about setting the sensor state to down only after the status of server is stopped/disabled for over 60 minutes.
Is there a way to do it?

Hi David,
You can set the sensor to a warning state for up to 5 intervals before the sensor turns red. In your scenario you could set the scanning interval to for example 10 minutes, so the sensor would turn red after 50 minutes (or 12 minutes for the full hour).
You can find this option in the Sensor Settings > Scanning Interval > When a Sensor Reports an Error.
Best regards
