Hello there, we converted a Dell mib to an oidlib successfully (at least it seems so). Then we copied that file to the snmplibs folder. But we cannot select this new file, it doesn't even show up in PRTG.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Marcus

Hard to know with that less information ;)

What have you done to convert the MIB file? If you used the Paessler MIB Importer you are on the right way. Were there any messages from the importer, after you clicked on import MIB file?

Additionally to what Birk said, make sure that you click "Add sensor" again, after you copied the OID library. Otherwise, the directory won't be reloaded and you won't be able to see the sensor :) Could you upload it somewhere so I can have a look at it?
