Hello there,

a customer of us ran a trial version of PRTG with a DataCore SAN based on a Windows Server. When he did an auto-discovery in the trial version, he discovered over 200 sensors (physical disks) on this machine. Now on the productive machine something strange happens. When he runs the auto-discovery on the same machine he only sees 2 sensors, ping and rdp.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Marcus

Hi,

there could be some reasons for this.

Most likely one of these will help:
- check if each Server got the right credentials
- check if SNMP works fine
