Does PRTG software monitor traffic per Vlan?
PRTG displays the configured vlans at the Alcatel switch, but there is no infomation about traffic.

PRTG can monitor traffic as long as your devices support standard protocols like SNMP.
The approach how to monitor traffic in a LAN or VLAN depends on the setup and topology of your network as well as the software and hardware used. As a first step, please have a look at the following article: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000063670
To started with traffic monitoring, please create a new device in PRTG and enter its IP. Then start an autodiscovery to see if PRTG can automatically detect the device and create sensors (usually one traffic sensor for each port.)
