I need to add on a map, a diagram in raeal-time which show availability of a sensor. Basically I need which show it on the overview of a sensor but which shows service level, is this possible?

I hope that I understood you correctly here. You can create a public map, choose a bandwidth sensor with a Live Graph object and append 

&interval=10

to the public IP of the map which will refresh the map every 10 seconds.

I don't need that, I know add a live graph. I need a map showing the percentage of availability of a sensor (uptime and downtime)
