I have setup a beta version of Application pool sensor which check the memory for an application pool. The sensor was working with the previous version(v. 12) when I had test it couple of times. But now, its not working. Up setting up the sensor, it appears up and running however it doesn't show me any data. I am aware that the sensor is still in beta but it was working with one of your previous version (Version 12) and with the newest versions its not.

thank you for using PRTG. May I ask, which exact version of PRTG are you running right now? Also, can you please upload some screenshots showing:

  • the Overview-Tab
  • the Settings-Tab
  • the Log-Tab of this sensor? Also, what happens if you add the sensor anew?

Hi Torsten, I am planning to upgrade PRTG to the latest version. Currently, we are running v14 in our environment. After the upgrade, I'll verify if I am running into same issues or not.
