Custom SNMP sensor

I have a sensor with SNMP functionalities. i can query the sensor with Net-SNMP. I am using snmpget function. When I setup PRTG Monitor to monitor the device, I cannot monitor and the device is still down. I made a device and gave it the sensor's IP addres setup the correct OID as well but still no response.

Tried Paessler SNMP tester and it works. Please help.

Which error message do you receive when you try to add the sensor in PRTG and did you start the SNMP Tester tool on your PRTG server?
