Dear Sergey

Please allow me to ask you to be more precise. Are you experiencing the deactivation of an AD account when you run a particular PRTG sensor?

No, the problem is that the sensor does not work. A sensor does not work because the account is locked. Unlock Account through time soon leads back to its blocking.

Dear Sergey

Are you using that AD account for a PRTG user as well? In this case, the Enterprise Console, or a PRTG library could also trigger login attempts into that AD account.

Please make sure that you have entered the correct password for the AD account.
