After version 15 update sensors are unknown

I upgrade from version 14 to version 15.1.13. First I install .NET4 framework But after upgrade, slowly all sensors become into "UNKNOWN" state. If I restart probe service and server it normalize but after 10 minutes, slowly all sensors become to "unknown" state again.

Can you please forward a Support Bundle by using the "Contact Support" button in the bottom right corner of the Web GUI or Enterprise Console for further investigation?
