Connection Slow

I have PRTG installed on a windows server.

I have SSL enabled on port 8081.

If I try to connect to PRTG via my https://domain.com:8081 it is slow with slow refreshes. But if I connect via the local IP it is fast.

What might be the problem?

Specs: Windows Server 2012 r2 Motherboard: Gigabyte B75M-D3H CPU: Intel Core i7 3370K Ram: 8GB PNY PC3-10700 DDR3

Are you using a firewall on your computer, which uses different rules for the URL and for the localhost IP?

i took a look at that but no real changes.

over time it looks like it is performing faster... acceptable for now.
