Hi,
We have a MIB-Importer (https://www.paessler.com/tools/mibimporter) on our homepage. You can try to import the whole MIB file into it and save the OIDlib for PRTG.
Then you can use the SNMP library sensors to monitor the switch. The MIB files are pretty large though and you might run into trouble. Contacting HP for the correct MIB files for you switch should be the way to go here :)
