Hi,

I have a problem regarding register SNMP Custom Sensor.

I have Two PRTG Version. (Ver 6.2.2, Ver 14.4.13)

But I couldn't register it in Ver 14.4.13

Device is Bluecoat PROXY, OID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.3417.2.11.2.3.2.0.

If I try to register that OID, PRTG give a message like "No such instance" in Ver 14.4.13

In Ver 6.2.2, I able to register that OID.

Is there any difference way to register OID between Ver 6.2.2 and Ver 14.4.13 ?

Please check if you entered the correct SNMP credentials (IP, port, community string, SNMP version.) You can check/change the SNMP credentials used by PRTG in the Settings of a device/group. It is in the "Credentials for SNMP Devices".

Please try to use the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.3417.2.11.2.3.2.0 (without the last ".")
