how can I monitor a device using ARP spoofing

in my network there are many computers using "ARP spoofing " how can i know those devices and monitor them ... is there any sensors should i add ?

Thank you very much for your KB-Post. I'm sorry, there are no native sensors in PRTG to monitor for ARP-Spoofing. Maybe you can do this with self-written custom sensors.
