Hi, It is possible to create a "Notification Condition Clear time after at least..." as it possible on On warning state at least under notification tab. I would like to delay the clear state.

A sensor status always reflects the live status; you cannot configure delays for keeping a certain status over time. Our recommendation to keep track of (short) sensor status changes: Create a notification with the notification method "ticket", then assign a notification trigger to the sensors you want to track. Each time the notification is triggered, it will add a new entry to the ticket.
