I need to check in a weblogic server different servers: Oracle forms and reports. Whisch is the best way (sensor) using prtg network monitor?

Dear David,
At the moment PRTG does not offer any native sensors for Oracle forms and reports. Monitoring via SNMP seems to be supported by Oracle, please have a look here for a PDF guide to configure SNMP for Oracle.
You can use the MIB Importer to import an OIDlib to PRTG and create a SNMP Library Sensor in PRTG.
Best regards
