PRTG Free edition and paid license terms

We have a paid edition or PRTG for our production environment. Are we also allowed to have a free instance/installation which can be given to Dev for testing monitoring solutions?

THank you very much for using PRTG. You can of course run a Freeware Version of PRTG (along with a commercial version) for testing purposes.
