Hi, yesterday we upgrade from 14.3.11.2954 to 14.4.12.3510, and our ssh sensors to redhat 5 server show this error: Error establishing secure connection (TLSv1+ Error connecting with SSL. Error connecting with SSL. error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol -- TLSv1_0 Error connecting with SSL. Error connecting with SSL. error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number -- SSLv3 Error connecting with SSL. Error connecting with SSL. error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number -- SSLv2 Error connecting with SSL. Error connecting with SSL. error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol)
Anyone had the same problem?? Thanks!

Hi Torsten, the sensor is a port sensor, disabling SSL / TLS resolve the problem.
Thanks a lot!!!! Regards.

Hello,
Thank you very much for using PRTG. May I ask, are these by any chance Port Sensors (checking the SSH - Port)? If yes, please try disabling SSL/TLS in the sensor settings.
If these are indeed SSH - Sensors, please upload screenshots showing the "Settings"- and "Overview"-Tab of the sensor.
best regards.
