I am looking to find a way to setup sound alerts on PRTG Network Monitor Enterprise Console V13. I am not finding any options to do so and looking through your knowledge base, everything listed here is for older versions.

In the EC the setting to play sounds for alarms is under Options:

You can do this for your account in the web console under the Account Settings Page in version 13 as well:

PRTG 14.x I search this function for the MAPS. It should Play a Sound if a sensor get an error state.

Please take a look at this article You will need the With Alarm Sound (Audible Alarm ist Alarms > 0) from the Status Icons object in your map.
