Unable to Add Class B Network range

Hi,

Today i installed The Train Version,But i am unable to add Class B Network range 172.XX. only i am getting Option for Class C Network 192.XX.. Do i need to change any settings .???

Hello,

You can go to any group in your PRTG device tree and click on the Settings Tab. Enable e.g."Automatic device identification (standard, recommended)" and IP and subnet (IPv4). Enter the network address e.g. 10.0.0.0/16 for your class B network.

Afterwards you can start the auto-discovery with a right-click on the Group name | Auto-Discovery | Run Auto-Discovery.
