Thanks for your response. Are saying that I would need to check the DNS configuration or what ? If yes,how can i check the DNS config on PRTG?

PRTG has no explicit DNS-Configuration. It simply uses the Windows settings in that relation.

Hello, I have the same problem as phemmy.
I using an Netflow sensor on router which supervise the differents VPN of many of my clients. My problem is that the IP address of the VPNs is on the RFC1918, I can not configure a DNS on my Windows because two addresses can be used in two different VPN with two differents name.
How i can configure a statically IP resolution ?
If it's possible, can i configure it differently on a two group ?
Thanks for your help.

PRTG can only use DNS-Resolution of the underlying Windows. So the only place to configure this would be Windows.

This is done automatically (as would be the case with the entries where the DNS name is being resolved). If this is not working for a specific IP address, then PRTG isn't able to resolve the respective DNS - this would, however, be an issue of the DNS configuration, otherwise PRTG wouldn't resolve any DNS names.
