Is there a way to monitor individual network interface usage on a VMware ESXi Host?

Hi I've got a number of ESXi 5.1 and 5.5 hosts, as well as a vCenter 5.5 server. I'm wondering about the balance of traffic between the multiple NICs on each host. Is there a way to break down the traffic across NICs or am I stuck with the overall information from the Host Performance sensor?

Currently only cumulative traffic can be monitored.

While I cannot provide any time line right now, we have the feature to monitor individual network interfaces on our radar.
