Can I wrap iPRTG to be used with a MAM/MDM solution like XenMobile

I would like to wrap the iPRTG app using the Citrix MDX Toolkit so I can import the app in a XenMobile MAM platform. This way I can push the app to the appropriate users, but more importantly, I can allow a XenMobile micro-vpn to tunnel the traffic to an internal PRTG environment. This would eliminate the need for an additional cisco vpn. Is there a way to get the ipa file.
