SMS alerts with DWR-730 (Dlink) wireless router (mobile internet)

Hi,

Can anyone confirm, if i can use device model "DWR- 730 (Dlink)" wireless router (mobile internet" with anyone of the following freeware tools to configure SMS alerts in PRTG?

MWconn SMS via COM port using SMSSender (Freeware) PageGate (Support)

Please let know complete steps if its possible.

The basic steps are in the article here. Whether or not it will work with that device, I cannot confirm as we don't have one of those in house. This is also the reason I cannot spell out the steps on how to set this up.
