Is there a possibility to get a RFO-report? When a server is down, I get an ticket and an email. I do my research and I solve that ticket.

Is it possible to get my answer in a report that I can send to someone else?

At this time there is no reporting for the ticket system but you can assign the tickets to other users and email the tickets with the answers that would be contained therein.
