is it possible to install PRTG core installation on a device that PRTG remote probe in already installed? it is worth mentioning that I want to install fresh PRTG with no interaction with existing remote probe installation. the remote probe interact with other PRTG core installation on another device.

No, this is not possible. There can be only one probe (local or remote) on any given system.

You have to uninstall the remote probe before installing a full PRTG (which includes a local probe).
