Is it possible to change the PRTG management web server path to use a virtual directory from using servername.domain.com to something like severname.domain.com/prtg

No. I don't think so.
But it is possible to use a custom port by running the "PRTG Server Administration Tool" and choose "Expert configuration:" on the "Web Server" tab
