i read this 4 year old article: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/12473-is-there-any-way-to-let-non-adminuser-change-password

and it says that read only users cannot change their passwords. they also cannot use the "forgot password" function.

is there a way to allow read only users to change their passwords?

thank you very much for using PRTG. Read-Only-users cannot change their password. They need to contact a member of the PRTG System Admin-Group (or a user group with administrative rights in PRTG) to have the password changed.
