We are looking to upgrade to the latest version of PRTG from 13.3.5.2952. How much downtime is required? Also are there any licensing considerations we need to consider when going from 13 to 14?

Hi Rob,
you can just log in to your customer account to check. As an alternative, go the web interface of your PRTG installation and head to Setup | System Status. Current maintenance should be shown there as well.

Hi Rob,
The update would require about 10 minutes of downtime. The downtime might be longer for some sites when you are using remote probes. There are also no licensing issues as long as you have active maintenance. More information about the update can be found here.
