I have installed several HTTP Advanced Monitors on my PRTG system (ver. 14.1.8.1371+) without issue. this one system in particular uses a port scheme of up to 5 port numbers. An example would be compsite1:3206 as a main site (works great) and then a sub divisional site as compsite1:32066 (fails with a 1.1 Bad Request Error). These sites are completely accessible via the browsers and have provided no connectivity issues for users. It is a scheme we have used for going on 10 years. Why is the advanced HTTP sensor throwing this error (which happens on all our existing 5 digit port values). the sensors are all cloned from a master, changing the necessary fields (URL:PORT) every time we ramp up a new company structure. So we know the user and password is correct, the authentication style is correct (NTLM). We are not using Smart URLs or anything else extreme. All of our 2, 3, and 4 digit port numbers work great.

Hi,
may you try switching option Monitoring Engine to Alternate/Compatibility Mode on tab Settings of one of the affected sensors?
Does that solve the issue?
Additionally please try adding an HTTP Full Page Sensor ? Is it showing an error as well?
Best regards
