We only want to receive an e-mail notification when the sensor is in a down state.
Currently we have a threshold notification
When x is below y for at least 600 seconds perform email to group abc. When condition clear perform no notification.
There is no other notification defined on the sensor
The notification group abc is sent to Always notify ASAP under the Notification Summarization.
For some reason with this setup we are getting notifications when the sensor returns to the "UP"/OK state. We don't want to be notified when this occurs. How can I turn this off?
If you have not notification defined for "When condition clears" you should not be getting these notifications. In order to properly have a look at this can you please forward us a screenshot of the sensor's notification trigger settings, as well as the "Logs" tab of the sensor in case to support@paessler.com? Please refer to this thread so that we can associate the ticket with the same.
