Hi,
I need to know, if there are Assets in the network, that get no address assigned.
Those assets will have a selfassigned address out of the 169.. range
In which way will I have to build a probe to find those assets or at least be informed that not every asset has an IP address from the DHCP Server?

There is no real easy way to do this with PRTG. You would have to bring up a remote probe in the said subnet and then schedule auto discoveries over the whole range. After the auto discover found devices you would have to delete them again to wait for the next auto discovery.
This is not a very comfortable way but currently the only way to do so.
