How can I edit map objects used for PRTG's maps?

Hello. Sorry fo my bad english. How i can edit "Status and last value" object, that instead of "0" and "1" line, he showed "YES" and "NO".

This depends on what sensor type you are using. With certain sensors you can define so-called 'Lookups' for the sensors' channels. Please have a look at Defining Lookups.
