PRTG has write permission in the AD?

No, PRTG only reads from Active Directory
But when Active Directory users logs on to PRTG the authentication request is sent to your domain controllers.
So if a AD user fail to log on to PRTG he also trigger the failed authentication counter in AD.
If your GPO has the lockout threshold of 3 and lockout timeout of 0 the user will be "banned" after 3 failed logins and a domain admin must unlock that AD account.
But that "ban" will include all services in the AD domain for that user.

In the current version, there is no such feature that I am aware of.
It could be a useful feature for some enviroments, so it would be nice if Paessler reps pass the request to dev.
