Hello, I've got a APC Smart-UPS RT 8000 XL and using PRTG network monitor version 12.4.10.22.56
When I tried to add an SMNP APC Hardware sensor, I get and error "No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003)".
I ran SNMP tester using OIDLIB, and here are the results:

Will I be able to monitor this APC UPS unit? thanks
It looks like your UPS isn't reacting to the normal MIB that we used to create that sensor. What you may need to do is import the MIB that is specific to your device and then create a library sensor with the import MIB. You can import the MIB with our MIB Importer and it looks like you will find the MIB itself here. Once you import the MIB you will want to save the resulting OID Library into the PRTG directory and us that with the SNMP Library sensor.
