I am experiencing nothing but trouble in my attempts to setup the email monitor via imap sensor with PRTG.

Currently my sensor is reporting: "Connection timed out Socket Error # 10060 Connection timed out. (socket error # 10060)"

All other sensors for the host server report back without issue. IMAP is enabled and operational for other systems that comunicate with it.

Can anyone confirm if PRTG can support exchange 2010 imap?

IMAP Sensors should still support Exchange 2010 of course. The "Connection Time out" error means that connection cannot be established at all. Could a firewall or similar be blocking here? Is the port correctly set? Is SSL used/necessary?
