I have a sensor for Wireless Access Point on Ptrg showing status down with this error message "Connection timed out (socket error # 10060)"

I don't know what this error message means and why this error come and what to do to trouble shoot WAP so that this error may dissappear...?

may I ask, which exact sensor type are you referring to? Could you please upload some screenshots showing the "Overview"-Tab and "Settings"-Tab of the sensor?
