PRTG with OSticket

How easily we can integrate PRTG with Osticket?

As PRTG ticketing system is not scalable, is there any other ticketing system which can be integrated with PRTG..

Dear user

PRTG does not offer a ticket API. However, many tickets system provide an API which can be used via email or through HTTP actions.

PRTG notification can send emails or execute HTTP actions. We don't have documentation for the integration to 3rd party ticket systems, please have a look at the osTicket manual about its API use.
