I'm trying to set up SMS notifications via BulkSMS. According to their API specification I should be able to specify a https URL but I receive the following error in the PRTG logs...

Error sending "SMS": Number=*, Message=Error connecting with SSL. Error connecting with SSL. error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

Is this because of a cipher mismatch?
