These 2 sensors encapsulate several other sensors - Does each count as just 1 sensor or multiple?
If multiple, is it possible to remove the ones we dont want (i.e raw buffer, handles, etc)

it is not possible to remove Channels from these two sensors. You can disable the channels from being displayed though in the Channel Settings.
These two sensors cannot be deleted, and we strongly advise against pausing them, as they will contain valuable information in debugging cases for PRTG itself.
