Ref. PRTG Network Monitor 14.2.10.2113

I´m trying to setup an HTTP Advanced Sensor. I`m trying to check if authentication (HTML or NTLM) it´s OK.

But no matter if I enter an invalid password into Authentication fields, allways sensor it`s OK. Never give to me an "authentication invalid" message.

I tried with different environments, cleaning cookies, etc. but nothing happens.

What can I do?

Hello,

did you already try the "Alternative Engine" on the HTTP Advanced Sensor? Is a proxy involved? You can also enable the option, that the sensor stores the last HTML-Result. Maybe this then helps with debugging.
