Hello,
I am using a Netflow 5 custom sensor on a Cisco routers, but it seems that the bandwidth usage indication on the vertical scale is about 50 times off. Where it says it is using 700kbit/s, it should be about 35 Mbit/s. Is there any way to correct this?
I have got a number of Netflow 5 custom sensors running on other routers, and these work fine.

The scaling is done by using the maximum value. In some races, a device can return a wrong value and distort the graph. To fix this, please enable a spike filter: https://www.paessler.com/blog/2013/04/02/prtg/how-to-filter-spikes-from-graphs-in-prtg
Please go to the sensor, and then click on its channel. Then the sensor configuration opens. If you enable the Spike Filter, you can set minimum and maximum values. If the value exceeds the maximum, it is considered zero for the graph rendering purpose. It can take a short time before the change is reflected in the graphs.
Please note that traffic sensors often have sum channels, like "Total". Only the actual data channels (for example "Traffic In" and "Traffic Out") can have a spike filter applied.
