Hi, I just wanted to find out how many sensor would we need if we were to monitor our SAN storage levels, would it be one for each storage disk/volume?

Generally that is how it would work. There are some sensors for windows that allow you to monitor multiple volumes but for a SAN like you are talking about, you would likely need a sensor for each volume that is attached.
