when I activate the SNMP service on the new TeraStation NAS 3400R, PRTG can not find the hard drive / LAN sensors.

The server runtime is read out right. The hd space sensor and the LAN sensor is not displayed. A sensor with a gray question mark and the message appears:

This sensor has not received any data since startup. Bitte überprüfen Sie den Kanal "SNMP-Verzögerung" des Core-/Probezustandssensors. Ziehen Sie eine Verteilung Ihrer SNMP-Sensoren über mehrere Probes in Betracht!

In older TeraStation NAS models everything works with standard PRTG settings.

What can I do here? With snmptester so far I could not do much. The server runtime is displayed successfully, only the other sensors not.

thank you very much for your KB-Post. May I ask, could you please upload some screenshots showing the "Overview"- and "Settings"-Tab of the grey sensor?
Can you try to use our SNMP Tester run it on the PRTG Host, and perform a "Scan available standard interfaces" against the target device? Which results do you get in the tester?
