Monitor MOS of Asterisk

Is there a sensor type that could monitor the MOS Score in the Asterisk CDR Database? When trying to identify an issue with call quality I would like to see this in PRTG.

thank you very much for your KB-Post. I'm very much afraid PRTG does not have a native sensor to read the MOS-Score on an Asterisk Server. Please try using a self written Exe / Script Sensor to monitor this value.
