Hi, I am using PRTG 14.1.8.1371 x64. I have created PING sensor to monitor connectivity from head to remote office. Everything works perfectly. I can use pause command or maintenance windows to temporarily stop sensor monitoring while I perform system maintenance. I have a question: How can I put comments at some specific times on history of sensor and mark them as known error and don't allow sensor calculates these times into its up-time? Example: Yesterday, some people forgot to turn power on, so it caused the connectivity monitoring was down. I was told this morning about this and want to clear history of sensor last night and mark it as "problem with power" Thanks

Hello,

thank you very much for your KB-Post. I'm very sorry, but it's not possible to flag or tag down times in PRTG afterwards. Planned Downtimes/Maintenances should be addressed with Schedules/Maintanance Windows. Otherwise you can access the Historic Data via the PRTG API (Setup->PRTG API->Historic Data), and then perform Reports and such Tagging of down times externally.

best regards.
