The auto-update function has created a todo indicating a server update is available. I have acknowledged that todo but it still shows up in the Enterprise Console program and at the bottom of the web pages. Is there a way to remove this notification? Or is there a way to remove a todo?

Sometimes these notifications can get stuck but usually if you disconnect from the server and reconnect with the EC by unchecking the check box for the server and then rechecking it, that should solve the issue. If not, it may be that it is stuck in the web server in which case, you may want to restart the PRTG core service, thereby restarting the web server. If all this fails, please try and add this server again in the EC and remove the old one to see if that works.
